Effective October 8, 2026

These terms cover use of the Bovud LLC website and Bovud messaging program. Paid marketing services are governed by the separate agreement you sign with Bovud.

Bovud messaging program

When you opt in, Bovud may send conversational and automated text messages about your inquiries, meeting scheduling and reminders, onboarding, and client service updates to the number you provide. This program does not include promotional campaigns. Message frequency varies with your requests, appointments and services.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. Message and data rates may apply; your mobile provider sets those charges.

Opt out and get help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for help, or contact bryce@bovud.com or call 331-282-2750. Contact us if your phone number changes so we can update your preferences.

Message delivery

Delivery depends on your mobile provider and network availability. Messages may be delayed or fail to arrive. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and SMS consent records.

Website use

Do not use this website to submit fraudulent information or interfere with its operation. Website content provides general information about Bovud services; specific scope, pricing and commitments are established in your service agreement.

Updates

We may update these terms as the website or messaging program changes. The effective date identifies the current version.
