Privacy Policy
Effective September 28, 2026
This policy explains how Bovud LLC ("Bovud," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when businesses use our website and social-media management services.
Information we handle
Depending on the services a business authorizes, we may handle:
- Business contact and account information, including details visitors submit through our contact form.
- Facebook Page and Instagram professional-account identifiers, profile information, posts, media, comments, and performance insights.
- Access tokens and permissions needed to connect authorized business accounts to Meta's APIs.
- Content, images, links, schedules, approvals, and instructions supplied for publishing.
- Website usage information such as pages viewed, referral sources, device and browser information, approximate location, and interactions with the site.
- Technical records needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
How we use information
We use this information only to provide authorized services, such as preparing and publishing content, reading or managing comments, measuring results, maintaining account connections, responding to support requests, and protecting the service from misuse.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our website. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to measure visits and interactions. This information helps us evaluate website performance and improve our services. Visitors can limit this collection through their browser's cookie and privacy settings.
How information is shared
We disclose information to service providers only when reasonably necessary to deliver, measure, or secure the requested services. Website contact form submissions are processed by Web3Forms to deliver them to our email inbox. Website analytics information is processed by Google under Google's terms and privacy policies. Social-media activity is processed by the applicable platform, including Meta, under that platform's own terms and privacy policies. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
Data retention and account access
We retain connected-account information and service records only as long as reasonably needed to provide the services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. A business can revoke Bovud's platform access through its Facebook, Instagram, or Meta business settings. Revoking access may prevent related services from continuing.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect account credentials and other information. No online system can guarantee complete security.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with your Bovud services. Instructions for requesting deletion are available on our Data Deletion page.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
