Data Deletion

Effective September 27, 2026

You may request deletion of information Bovud holds in connection with your Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, or other Bovud services.

Submit a request

1. Email bryce@bovud.com with the subject Meta Data Deletion Request.
2. Include your name, business name, and the Facebook Page or Instagram username connected to Bovud.
3. Send the request from an email address associated with the business or account when possible so we can verify that the request is authorized.

We may request limited additional information to verify that you are authorized to make the request. After verification, we will delete or de-identify information that Bovud is not required to retain and confirm when the request has been processed.

Disconnect Meta access

You can also immediately revoke Bovud's access through your Facebook, Instagram, or Meta business settings. Revoking access stops future API access but may not automatically delete records already held by Bovud, so submit the email request above if you also want those records deleted.

What may be retained

We may retain limited records when reasonably necessary to comply with law, document a request, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or protect security. Information retained for those reasons will not be used to continue disconnected social-media services.
